The packaging machine elmor V800E is a small, compact and versatile packaging machine for pre-made bags such as seed bags.

The seed packaging machine elmor V800E can fill and close sealable flat bags. The size of the bags can vary between approx. 60 x 100 mm to 180 x 240 mm. Changing the bags only takes a few seconds. An interchangeable stack of bags enables the change to other formats without time-consuming adjustments. Just change the stack and move on. The elmor V800E packaging machine is therefore particularly suitable for packaging seed specialties or organic seeds, where many different varieties, but mostly small batches, have to be packed.

The machine can be combined with all elmor seed counters such as the seed counter elmor C1 or the computerized seed coungter elmor C3. It can also be connected to dosing devices from other manufacturers such as dosing scales or volume dosing machines.

The elmor V800E packaging machine is designed as a table model. Thanks to a new system of vacuum generators, very little compressed air is required. As a result, the entire energy consumption of the packaging operation can be reduced by around 90% and only a small and quiet compressor can be used to generate compressed air. Depending on the electricity cost tariff, this saving can make a significant contribution to the annual amortization costs.
