elmor C1 MAXI counter for large parts
NEW MEMBER OF THE ELMOR PRECISION COUNTER FAMILY
The elmor C1 MAXI counter for large parts was developed in addition to the proven elmor C1 counter which is used all over the world. The two counting machines differ in that an external conveyor is used with the C1 MAXI. The conveyor bowl has a 50% larger diameter and a filling volume which is about 3 times higher. Parts with a width of up to about 25 mm can be conveyed, singularised and counted.
The control unit is the same as the proven elmor C1 counter. By means of external control connections also the C1 MAXI can be combined with other devices, e.g. packing machines.
As with all elmor precision counters, the unique elmor sensor technology is used. This makes it possible to reliably detect parts optically in a wide size range. Despite the high sensitivity, the sensor is highly tolerant to soiling such as dust or oil mist. This ensures trouble-free operation for a long time without the need for periodic cleaning.
The most important application area of the C1 MAXI is the precise counting of small mechanical parts, for example from suppliers of the automotive industry.
